Job Title – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (FTC)
Location – Telford, Shropshire
Salary – £48,643 – £52,746 (Including Shift Allowance)
Shift – Panama Shift Pattern (Days & Nights)
A rare opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This site is equipped with advanced production technology, offering engineers the chance to work on cutting-edge machinery within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Working both independently and as part of a team, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of industrial equipment including automated plant, robotics, PLC systems, blow moulding machines, and toner filling machinery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out reactive, planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance using CMMS systems
- Minimising downtime and improving overall equipment efficiency
- Supporting mechanical and electrical installations and site upgrades
- Working on control systems, PLCs, and automated machinery
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S)
- Updating maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts via CMMS
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and regulations
- Sharing knowledge and supporting team development

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer- Electrical Bias Engineer
- Level 3 or above engineering qualification
- Experience with injection moulding machinery
- Robotics and automation experience
- Background in high-volume manufacturing
