- Proven experience in all aspects of groundwork operations, including but not limited to drainage, kerbing, foundations, and site preparation
- Ability to work efficiently as part of an established gang
- Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Valid CSCS cards (relevant tickets and certifications preferred)
- Own tools and transport are advantageous

- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under minimal supervision
